The designers charge an annual fee for an app that provides no services. Unacceptable business practice to charge continuously for a stand alone app. You might as well just pay for a personal accountant. No service is provided by LandlordPropertyBuddy or company. This is simply a tool to use and should cost in relation to that. When I asked customer service why the annual fee, I was told "we've found subscriptions is the only way to maintain an effective product." So I guess everyone else in LandlordPropertyBuddy Store is doing it wrong and should be charging annually fees just like Microsoft try's for the privilege of using "effective products." There are apps that don't have fees, I suggest you buy those and let them know why. Otherwise companies will continue to have bad business practices because people keep paying when they should not.

I input all of the expenses but recently noticed well when I run a report, it gives me the wrong total.

Four instance, I’ll have almost $16,000 worth of expenses entered, but the report shows a total of about $14,000. If you are going to use LandlordPropertyBuddy, make sure you had everything up manually.

Been using LandlordPropertyBuddy for years. Love LandlordPropertyBuddy but this years price increase threw me over the edge. I manage 16 properties simply for rent collection. $180 annual is just way to much for this. Unfortunate Even though I love LandlordPropertyBuddy I am going to have to find another way. Need a package for under 20 or 30 properties.

Great app but I don’t understand the purpose of the subscription? You offer a cloud version which I understand the purpose behind that but LandlordPropertyBuddy does not offer anything the requires a monthly subscription There is no type of service in LandlordPropertyBuddy the utilized outside resources by the company. All information is stored on the device and Dropbox is a service provide by another company. I think a one time fee would be a better option for LandlordPropertyBuddy. But still a great app.

This is LandlordPropertyBuddy that actually works for me. I've tried many other apps and programs for managing my properties. They were bulky and did meet the needs of a DIY Landlord/Owner like myself. However PropertyBuddy seems to have been designed with me in particular in mind. LandlordPropertyBuddy has made managing my properties much much easier. Super App!!!

Been using LandlordPropertyBuddy for at least two tax seasons and my accountant loves the reports. In general this is pretty easy to use, has a nice UI and the team seems to always push out new updates. Perfect for my 5 units and pricing is reasonable.

I’ve been using LandlordPropertyBuddy for almost a year now . It is definitely the best app out there. Worth every cent. Any questions are answered almost immediately. Great support. Continuously updating LandlordPropertyBuddy . 5 stars is not enough. Fantastic guys , well done .

I have used several but none compared to the simplicity, functionality nor support of this one.
I definitely suggest giving it a try.

I was having a couple of user error issues and the support staff cleared thing up for me immediately. I love LandlordPropertyBuddy and what it offers! I would highly recommend it to other landlords.

I have been a landlord for just over five years and I have been searching for a program like this the entire time. I would like to keep very meticulous books and track every cent that moves in or out of my rental business, but I have been unsuccessful until now. I was using Quicken rental property manager and a fairly complicated spreadsheet that I put together myself. This program will replace both of those.
It is extremely easy to navigate, very quick to enter and modify property and tenant information and has a very smooth and intuitive operation. The report generator is worth the cost of LandlordPropertyBuddy by itself, as my lenders request this type of information all the time. If I need an income – expense report or a rent-roll I can have it emailed in PDF format in less than one minute. Also, the ability to text message or email my tenant with a notice or receipt in a single click is a crazy – good feature.
There are a few features I would like to see added such as net operating income, cap rate and vacancy rate percentages. But overall this program is a homerun in my book.
Finally, I suspect the support will be excellent with this program as I sent in a general comment this morning by email and received a detailed and thoughtful reply within just a few minutes.

I did a lot of research on the available apps for property management/real estate investment management on LandlordPropertyBuddy Store before moving forward with selecting one to use. For several reasons, including ease of use of the software, flexible data entry options and reporting tools, existing ratings and customer feedback, and very quick support response times to my inquiries pre-download and post-purchase...I highly recommend LandlordPropertyBuddy. I own and manage several properties and this software is going to help me manage and grow my business with much more ease and save me a ton of time during tax season. The support response times are excellent and they listen to and implement good suggestions quickly. I'm very happy with my selection so far and look forward to using LandlordPropertyBuddy moving forward for all of my property management needs. Thank you!

I highly recommend LandlordPropertyBuddy for anyone having properties to manage. I have tried all the apps in the store and found this one the most useful and easiest to use. It is also the best price wise. I do not like how some other apps charge you per unit you own. Also worth mentioning is that I sent the developers an email requesting the addition of an annual rental option. I was very surprised that only a few days later that option was added. They really listen to their customers. I requested a few more options and they promised me they will integrate them into their next update. I was also told they are working on an iPhone version. I easily give LandlordPropertyBuddy five stars!

Been using LandlordPropertyBuddy for two years now. It's not free after you accumulate a few properties but it has been well worth the money. Entering expenses is easy as is keeping track of who owes you rent. The email or text within LandlordPropertyBuddy is handy for sending rent receipts or contacting tenants for any other reasons.
At the end of the year, print up a report and off to the accountant!
Most of all the support is great. I have had issues I couldn't resolve by myself, within 24 hours I get a reply "try this and get back to us if it doesn't resolve your problem."
Unless you enjoy making your own spreadsheets and burning the midnight oil, I suggest you get LandlordPropertyBuddy.

I own 4 rental properties and love how LandlordPropertyBuddy helps me to keep track of when rent and late fees are due, when they are paid and an easy template for emailing out receipts to tenants. It keeps track of the receipts of payment I email to tenants so there is not confusion as to whether they were sent a receipt. It also keeps a list of my tenants for each home. I have not used the receipt or mileage tracker on LandlordPropertyBuddy yet but the use of the few tools I do use makes the cost of the subscription worth it to me. If you are a landlord looking for something to simplify the rental process I recommend LandlordPropertyBuddy wholeheartedly.

When I first downloaded LandlordPropertyBuddy I only put one building in it. I used it for a while and realized that it was going to save me a lot of time....now with everything loaded I can see the full value. I love being able to contact my tenants directly from the property and send them messages. And the export feature is great....I can send updates to my investor quickly, and the format makes me look good to them. The best feature is that I now have more time to spend with my family instead of being buried in paperwork. I want to say a special thank you to the developers...you guys are awesome, thank you!
