I had to delete my this app account because I was having issues reconnecting my verified PayPal account. I even sent multiple emails to support with no response back. At all. I loved CitizenMe so I tried making a new account but had to delete that one too. After deleting my first account due to no help from support, my new account was saying my old account was still connected to my PayPal; which I had no issues adding to my second account until I tried to do my first paid survey, that’s when I received the message my old account wasn’t deleted and still connect to PayPal. Either someone helps me resolve this matter or I’ll make sure to have all my friends and family delete their accounts to due to this frustrating issue and getting no help!

CitizenMe itself is pretty decent but I'm having a hard time transferring my payments probably due to the fact that it sends it in £ when I need it in $. This might be a paypal issue but I wish the payments were automatically converted.

I’ve had CitizenMe for over a month now and have received one paid survey right at the start for £.15. CitizenMe won’t let me connect to Facebook or any other social media also.

Now it won’t let me sign in. It force closes as soon as I hit sign in and a banner runs across the screen to check my internet when I have full service.

I literally made around $6 the first 2 days I had CitizenMe , I haven’t gotten surveys since but that’s amazing! super easy!

I've been doing surveys for years on different surveys sites and apps but CitizenMe stands out for me! No issue, Instant payout! Abs love it!:)

It does pay instantly but I’ve never made more than $5 from CitizenMe and I’ve had it close to a year. All my surveys are $0.50 no more than $1

This was a “LOVE AT FIRST USE” app for me! Which is the FIRST & ONLY time that’s happened to me. You are 100% in control of all the data you share about yourself. Before you complete anything on CitizenMe they let you know EXACTLY what data they will ask for. That right there was a HUGE bonus to me. Also through this app, I have learned many things about myself that I didn’t know. I love the color codes for each type of task you complete and you’ll know exactly what you’re benefiting by finishing it. When you do PAID SURVEYS, the money is sent right away within seconds after completion to your PayPal account. Money is sent in GBP currency, If you are from the US like myself you’ll need to convert it to USD. You won’t be able to use/spend it until you do. Here’s how you do so....First you need to be logged in PayPal on a web browser not CitizenMe . (I just couldn’t figure out how to do this on CitizenMe ) Click on the 3 grey dots in the top right corner next to your PayPal balance, select go to PayPal balance, select PayPal balance. Here you’ll see how much money you have I USD and how much in GBP, click the 3 dots next to your GBP balance, select “Convert Currency” then follow the steps! After you do this the very first time, it will be a lot easier to access this again when you make more money through CitizenMe . If you don’t like CitizenMe at first, seriously give it some time. It really is an awesome app! I hope the creators are still working on it to add more features or ways to improve it! I look forward to seeing CitizenMe thrive and be one of the most highly rated apps ever!

I’ve had CitizenMe for a week. There have been no paying surveys at all so far. The only available surveys are so-called “fun” ones that don’t pay a red cent. So basically, they want you to work for nothing. No, thanks. Deleting CitizenMe and leaving a bad review!

Good app

I had CitizenMe for maybe like 2 months and literally 2 days ago I took 2 surveys and made .20 cents total, other then that it’s just surveys or those fun questions that are worthless.

CitizenMe is pure trash!! Doesnt even load!! Tried to login!! Just sits there trying to load!! I cant tell you the last time I actually got any green survey worth any type of money!! Deleted CitizenMe !! Good RIDDANCE!!

I was a new member having an issue with taking surveys. I emailed them, sent them a message on twitter but no one responded. Deleted CitizenMe and won’t recommend. No stars.

CitizenMe wanted to connect to my PayPal by having me give them my Login credentials. Beware! It did not send me to the PayPal website to login.

At the start I thought CitizenMe was great. Now, it hardly ever gives me any surveys to take

It took me forever to log on to CitizenMe to create an account and there’s no surveys to earn money! They’re all for “fun” or to “donate” waste of time and effort. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CitizenMe TO ANYONE!

You literally get bombarded with questions you get nothing for

been earning but recently it is very rare for weeks that the notifiaction pops out so that you will be reminded that there is an available survey. 😞 😞 ill rate 3 stars instead of 5

Great app!

CitizenMe is lovely, it's beautiful and a great idea it's just it's hard to navigate. I understand the concept and believe me it's revolutionary in the way it's designed and what it's for but the way CitizenMe is set up is kinda confusing so that part I don't get. Also it does take a while to load things so that's another thing that could be fixed. Other than the slow loading and hard navigating CitizenMe is beautiful and has lots of potential!
