Freezes when trying to view tickets
Freezes every time I try to open ticket. IPhone 10 with OS 13-1.
Barely seen red bar seems to indicate downloading but it stops at about 1/3 and totally freezes. New phone.

It’s alright, needs work
So the company I’m at is using Kayako/GFI Helpdesk and KayakoClassic works fine. HTML doesn’t seem to work in KayakoClassic even though we have it enabled in our helpdesk. Otherwise KayakoClassic is great when you’re not at your desk and need to quickly check your tickets or open a ticket desk side really fast. I wish more features were available like being able to look up KB articles.

Crashes constantly
After the last update earlier this month KayakoClassic is constantly crashing whenever you try to view the details of a ticket.

App will not even load on an iPad iOS 13.3

Cannot delete tickets
Tickets show all the html coding making them almost impossible to read.

Still won’t work. Says it can’t find my server via http. Have the address correct (I’ve been using Kayako for many years). Would love to use KayakoClassic again. Please help.

If you can keep KayakoClassic from crashing, it is still nearly useless. Nothing but bugs. Don’t waste your money.

App unusable for months
Kayako has been unable to provide a working app since IOS 13 came out.
App locks up and is unusable.
Contacted them and repeatedly mention “a fix is coming” but no updates in over a year.
Our company is looking at alternative ticketing solutions, as it’s difficult to support our customers without a working app.

Don't waste your time ...
Not supported in iOS 13
KayakoClassic crashes constantly or just locks up.
Macros fail to load often.
Cannot search macros.
Could not access knowledge base in app
KayakoClassic has potential but has a long long way to go.
