SCAM ALERT impossible to cancel
Punchtime worked almost exactly how I wanted it to until I needed to cancel it. I haven’t been able to cancel despite email requests and digging through their FAQ. There is literally a question on their FAQ site from a user: “how do I cancel?” Guess what? No responses. I finally had to put a stop payment and fraud alert on my account to stop paying them and get refunded for the months I never got back.

Great companion to the web interface
Saw the bad reviews and almost didn't try Punchtime but it works perfectly. There are a couple of instructions to follow to set it up properly, but it's simple and easy to use and a nice way to log time on the go.
The service itself works seamlessly with trello online (via browser extension) and adds very helpful functionality for seeing cumulative individual and team time spent on various tasks in a clear, well-organized way.

Not sure what the purpose is
Looks just like trello to me. Granted access - then an hour later when reopened app, asked for access again ? Then says site too busy try again later ?!?! What the ? What the description promises could be worthwhile - but the world may never know.....

Works good
I thought Punchtime worked good. I didn't have any issues. I would give another star if Punchtime posted the punches to the trello card so the team can see how much time has been logged on each card and by whom.

Company won't cancel account and stop charging credit card
I've contacted this company twice to cancel my account and stop charging my credit card. They keep billing me. Now I'm contacting my credit card issuer to charge back.

Can't login
Can't login via app. Web site works fine. App just loops forever asking to grant permissions. I tried resetting my apps/tokens via the website, but didn't help. Support didn't respond.

No Time Tracking
Misleading, there is nothing that actually tracks your time on Punchtime. Useless without time tracking. Isn't that the whole point of why you'd want to use Punchtime?
