So I got this app to help with my tuning, and I saw a few negative reviews saying that it doesn’t tune properly, and that there were a lot of ads, but I thought it couldn’t be that bad. I was wrong. Every single time you click on a note to hear it and to tune it, you get an ad. I can’t even hear how the notes supposed to sound because of the ads. And if that isn’t enough, the app doesn’t even work. I was going through the notes to tune my violin that hasn’t been touched in a week, and the app said that they are in tune, which just can’t be right. So I got curious how sensitive this app is to the correct note, and so I played a g sharp while is was checking the g string, and it said it was in tune. I tried this on all the strings and it said the same thing. Don’t get this app, it’s a waste of time and effort

I do not recommend this app at ALL. I just tried to test it out before I tuned any of the fine tuners, and it said it was in tune. Which would be fine but my music teacher hasn’t tuned my violin in 3 weeks there is no way that it could be right. And if it is right and I am wrong there is more than one issue with this app. There are so many ads I clicked on the note I wanted to check there was an add, I clicked on a new note there was an ad, if I bumped a note ad. I get they need to make money off of this but still. Finally the instructions aren’t very clear maybe it’s just me but I can’t get the higher or lower to go at all it’s stuck on one and if I turn the fine tuners either way it will not change. I am a beginner and I might be doing it wrong but still. Hopefully this helps someone.

It’s okay. I feel as though the playful theme and clear notes disguise the flaws of app.
The app originally had an ad with every button clicked. Now the app has done a lot of cleaning up, and I appreciate it. I originally gave a one star review, but now with the ads gone I give it three.
Why three? I docked two stars because the note plays for only two seconds and fades away, forcing me to click it over and over, and it is not very smooth, which is very disappointing. Please fix that and I will gladly change my rating!
Edit: They did some cleaning up before, and now the ads are BACK. And I am not pleased. This is ridiculous you fixed it before what happened now?! And seeing other reviews, I see that the pizzicato style is very convenient for some people, which brings me to the suggestion that there should be an option that you can toggle on and off whether you want pizzicato or not please consider my request it would please a lot more people and please clean up the ads!!
Which brings me to my biggest issue. Everyone is saying things about ads and pizzicato and long bow and all that stuff, and the developers don’t seem to be paying any attention!!! Please look at your reviews!! Thank you!
