I booked a taxi on my app and I had a lot of different drivers saying they was on their way then cancelled over and over. I waited for almost an hour and then called. They dispatched one and they never dispatched out of cane I waited almost 45 more minutes and finally called a different company. Then they wouldn’t answer my calls to cancel but just put that they ran the call. Horrible service but the operator was polite at least. Until he ignored my calls.

Dont wast your time or trust YellowCabArizona!!! They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They show up LATE! They are just All around bad!! Try total ride instead!!!!

1st attempt: Booked a cab and it didn’t show. I called the number and they sent a cab out pretty quick.
2nd use: cabbie called 30 minutes prior to confirm. Arrived on time and preset cc was charged with predesignated tip. I will continue to use.

I had booked a cab thru YellowCabArizona 2 weeks before my trip and saw that it was booked. Today when I am leaving on a flight to Europe the cab doesn't show and when I call they have no record of it even with order number. Right before I called what once said booked now said cancelled. Will not trust YellowCabArizona again as I am waiting on a cab and my flight leaves in 2 hours.

Before I upgraded to iOS 8 YellowCabArizona what is marginally functional. Since upgrading to iOS 8.1 YellowCabArizona does not start up at all. The initial flash page comes up for around 10 seconds and then disappears. I have uninstalled YellowCabArizona and reinstalled it and it worked the first time but then subsequent uses of it don't work.
