elite2strava is a simple application that takes a csv (Comma Separated Variable Format) file and converts it into a tcx (Garmin Training Centre Format) file.

Send the email and in a few minutes you will see your Elite training session in your Strava feed.

Many devices, like Elite's My E-Trainer app, support a simple output format called csv which outputs all the data as a text file with the values separated by commas.

In your email open the email you just received from yourself and press and hold the csv file attachment.

This will send the csv file as an email attachment.

Make sure that the email account that is being used to send the email is the one you have registered with Strava.

elite2strava reads this simple format and creates the more complicated tcx file for you.

Tcx files are used by many online sports training and recording services, such as Strava and Training Peaks, to upload and record your sporting activities.

Select E2S icon and the file will open in elite2strava.

elite2strava emails the data to Strava right from your iPhone or iPad.

To use elite2strava simply export your training session from Elite's My eTrainer.

Set your start time if you like then press the send to strava button.

Address the email to yourself and send it.
