Without a doubt, this is the worst App on my iPhone. Paying by phone is a hassle, as well. Every month I ask myself, "do the executives of this company pay their own household bill using WTURetailEnergyAccountManager?" If the service was not in my wife's name, I would have already switched electric providers, on pure principal. I have also attempted numerous times to change my wife's last name, I have sent in everything they requested (multiple times), to this date, it hasn't happened. I have inquired by phone, and then they just tell me to send in the information, and I advise them I already have. It's ridiculous. Like a dog chasing his tail. Terribly run App and company.

WTURetailEnergyAccountManager is okay to pay by phone but can't pay online using app. The home screen is hard to read really need to upgrade or update WTURetailEnergyAccountManager .

I set up auto payments fine the first time I set up my WTU app, but can't seem to make any changes to my payment method. Frustrating. I have automatic payments declined every month, then end up making it manually because WTURetailEnergyAccountManager won't switch accounts. Kind of takes away half of the reason for having an app...it would be less hassle to just mail a check.

I would give less than one star if possible. I'm never able to pay using WTURetailEnergyAccountManager . The fill ins do not work or are hard to use.

No option to logout on WTURetailEnergyAccountManager!

Talk about your necessary evils! Navigation is abysmal at best, ability to update anything other than a phone number and address is highly limited, and I can't even get details about the rate plan it says is about to expire; it just gives me another difficult to navigate website to try to find out information. This, of course, if it lets you login at all. Every time I try, it seems like I have to reset my password because it still won't recognize what I set last time. Ugh!!

Could use some work, basic function is ok, and it's user friendly enough to get your bill payed, but would like to truly manage my services, review plans, look at peak usage times, and maybe tips on lowering energy cost. Overall it's functional but basic.

Superlegg is right on...I get a notice saying you have to set your account to Autopay...so I did and it did not Autopay my bill! i have to manually pay every time and when i do they like to double bill me. nice for them, not for me.

Unable to find a place to change password! Otherwise it's ok

Great app. Very useful and awesome. Has some bugs. It sometimes kick you out for no reason

Quick&Easy

I end up calling and making payments repeatedly because neither WTURetailEnergyAccountManager or the online payment system ever seem to work properly. Just reset my password three times and neither format recognizes my username or password even though I have to verify my username to reset my password...awesomely useless app.
