How to fix C5 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the C5 app on iPhone
Update C5 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall C5 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix C5 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve C5 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix C5 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent C5 app issues:

Force Stop the C5 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click C5 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update C5 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear C5 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "C5 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch C5.

Fix C5 unable to contact server/ C5 internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click C5 » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got C5 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch C5 on android.
