Recurring charges despite no access to application

I signed up through my university with a 3 month plan that terminated automatically. Although I no longer had access to the premium subscription, they continued to charge me through my card on file every 3months for about a year. I admit it is my fault for not catching the charges earlier, but to charge and not provide the product is absurd. The program wasn’t that helpful to me. The actual exam is more like board vitals which I used more.
Latest update is slow and app crashes a lot

The app automatically updated on May 3rd and now it's slow and consistently crashes when I answer any question. Please fix it!! My test is coming up!
