I have 2 MightySat 9900 units for our lab and they seem to be accurate and do what they say they are going to do.
MasimoProfessionalHealth however, is simple and functional but does not allow one to download and email the stored session files - which is exactly why I bought these units to do!
Even more frustrating is that I can see the older recordings in MasimoProfessionalHealth , but it does not allow email transfer of the data! This needs to be corrected. The whole point of having memory on the units is so you don’t have to have the Bluetooth phone connected the whole time to get the data.
Fix this!
