Extremely Unreliable

If this app were at all reliable, I would have subscribed for a full year of the magazine after reading just one issue. But with no streaming option and the tendency to delete a fully downloaded issue every time I navigate away from the app (burning through my data downloading the same issue over and over), this was quite the frustrating and disappointing experience.

Bought a magazine and read halfway through it intending to come back and read it later. Come back several days later and it asks me to purchase it again in order to view it.
Do not plan on spending another 6 bucks to get to finish it.
