Asked to be a quality observer on an upcoming flight - app crashes any time the user name field is accessed. Not my first time uing QualityObserver during flights, and there is often a glitch or problem.

I can't even log in

It constantly says "failed to connect", as soon as I open QualityObserver .
There is not even a way to bypass that message. If I close it, it pops up again immediately.

It never works!

QualityObserver never seem to be able to retrieve my flight data, thus I’m never able to rate the service...

Unbelievably, KLM & AF asked for volunteer Quality evaluation of their services. However, the 'Quality Observer App' has not worked for three different attempts. 1. Login does not recognize FB number. 2. Password reset not possible. 3. Tech support has had to step in three times...still does not work. Really? Quality and the reporting application doesn't work? Perhaps, this is the starting point for KLM & AF to sort out before the volunteer time of people can be best respected. Ultimately, this is to help KLM & AF achieve competitive advantage through this free Voice of the Customer but I suppose the VOC is just not that important. Good idea bad follow through.
