How to fix NZB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NZB app on iPhone
Update NZB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NZB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NZB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NZB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix NZB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NZB app issues:

Force Stop the NZB App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NZB app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NZB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NZB App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NZB app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NZB.

Fix NZB unable to contact server/ NZB internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NZB » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NZB » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NZB on android.
