Terrible; Stay Away!!
When you select one set, and there is an exercise where you stretch both sides of your body (like stretching one calf at a time), the app doesn't automatically stretch BOTH sides. There is no way to select anything other than "easy" exercises. There is only 1 pre-made program for you.

Rip Off
This app is a rip off. For $4.99 one would expect more choices than are offered here, especially when there are numerous free apps that offer more with additional features absent from this app. Trust me, don't waste your money. To get any comprehensive selection of stretches requires $$$ that other apps offer for free.

Videos won’t download...worthless
I paid $4.99 for an app that won’t work... I’m not sure if the server is down or what, but the app will not download the videos therefore will not work at all...
