I really wanted to like InstantAbs. Cost wise, if it did what it says it does, it should save you money over a PT. However in the "fit test" you have to do before you get started, it doesn't define how many reps are in a set. I emailed twice- gave them 2 months and no response. It's very possible that the workouts are good. But if you're going to pay, in such a crowded market with so many great free options, then the clarity of tracking your progress has to be there. For a paid, ongoing subscription, there needs to be support. Or it needs to be clear that support is not a part of the arrangement (there is a support option in settings).

If you’re someone who struggles to stay loyal to a work out plan you should stay away from the premium options for awhile (at least until you build the proper strength)

The Perfect 10 workout it's the best on the abs app. 17 minutes of pure abs burning bliss. As for the individual exercises, there is enough there to construct your own abs workout. The walk through is fairly good, it almost seems as if the guy on the screen is working out with you. Overall I recommend InstantAbs if you are trying to work your abs or simply to keep them in shape. InstantAbs does provide an option to upgrade ( Go Pro! They call it) I think for $ 0.99, I am not sure what that really means since after 17-22 minutes of abs that follow my other workout I am completely tarnished XD

I love InstantAbs so much, i have seen a dramatic change in my body over the past few weeks. I had never heard of InstantAbs before I started using it but I am so glad I came across it. I have done multiple different workout mechanisms and none of them seem to work as well as InstantAbs has.

InstantAbs is great for building and toning your core!! I do each workout for 2 weeks and slowly work my way up to more difficult! I have had great success with InstantAbs and have gotten Abs for the first time in my life! Woo!!

Lots of exercises to choose from with animations showing the correct body positions. Really helpful. The only improvement I would make is to allow the viewer to put together the exercises into a routine with a counter and a timer.
