I really wanted to like this app. Cost wise, if it did what it says it does, it should save you money over a PT. However in the "fit test" you have to do before you get started, it doesn't define how many reps are in a set. I emailed twice- gave them 2 months and no response. It's very possible that the workouts are good. But if you're going to pay, in such a crowded market with so many great free options, then the clarity of tracking your progress has to be there. For a paid, ongoing subscription, there needs to be support. Or it needs to be clear that support is not a part of the arrangement (there is a support option in settings).
