  No use at all

  Don’t bother to use this App in Bogota, Colombia. All the yellow taxi drivers use this App to their business. You won’t have a chance to get any taxi in La Candelaria area because too many people need a ride. Also the driver won’t locate you correctly. They will text you (in Spanish) first ask your location, which is a hassle for non-Spanish speakers. They want you to pay cash as well. The fate is not standardized. Easy Taxi is a small company will soon go out of business, because even locals hate it. I am deleting this App. Total wast of time and money.

Just use Uber!
My husband and I used this app while traveling in Peru. We were able to connect just fine to the first destination, but after that it would cancel every ride and say there was a problem with our account. We tried multiple payment options, changed and reinserted our information multiple times, and there was still a problem. Nothing is worst than being literally stranded in an unfamiliar area. In the end we downloaded Uber, and had a lovely drive back home with no problem.

  Credit card function doesn't work..HORRIBLE customer support

  Whatever card I use works for about a week then stops. The card is fine and not blocked. I try another card and get the same result the fools in customer support tried arguing that it was because my card is foreign but it is a BANCOLOMBIA CREDIT CARD. The other is Banco Falabela. Now they seem to have installed some email chat bot system and aren't real people anymore. I'm through with Easy Taxi. It's too hard!
