Yes, this app will put you to sleep but no, it will not initiate LUCID DREAMS.
I got the app so that I could have LUCID DREAMS. After a week or so of using the app I still wasn't having LUCID DREAMS but I was falling asleep. This app is great for putting a person to sleep but not for initiating LUCID Dreams.
If you want to have LUCID DREAMS this is what has worked me for me WITHOUT FAIL. A banana and a cup of unsweetened chamomile tea. You don't have to eat the whole banana, just a quarter of it or a third.
Do this within an hour of going to bed.
My dreams have been so real, I didn't realize I was sleeping until after I woke up. I am attempting to look for clues in the LD that will cue my dream self that I am dreaming. Then I will be able to "develop" the dream the way I choose to develop it.
The LD's seem short. I am researching ways to extend the length of the dreams in a natural and safe way.

This looks like a good app. It offers in an unlock all content for one price from inside the app. Unfortunately, every time I've tried to use that feature, it crashes on me. If it could be fixed this would be a really great app.
