Tweet Cleaner - Delete Tweets Reviews

I’ve never wrote a review on an app before, but because this has so many mixed reviews I just wanted to say that IT WORKS FINE. I did have to do it twice cause the first time had an issue, but it did it’s job. So worth it.

Deleted all 3000 of my tweets. I still have to either find another app or manually delete pictures and video myself because it doesn’t offer that feature with TweetCleaner.

When originally purchased, it worked as anticipated. After a few months of non-use, it has quit. I can’t connect the program to my Twitter accounts. None of the “usual fixes” for this sort of issue will cure the problem. Deleting TweetCleaner .

Few bugs but I love it

Can’t load past the 3200 tweet limit. Waste of time and money falsely advertising things it can do scam artists thieving money that’s it

Don’t download! TweetCleaner look outdated and won’t let you delete tweets from at least a year ago

Does not delete any media / image related tweet.

Does not reset tweet count.

Buggy big time.

TweetCleaner is great and works perfectly. I'm not sure why people are having issues, but I've seen the errors and you fix them by doing two simple things; making sure your iOS and Twitter app are up-to-date and running the current versions, and also that you tell Twitter to allow access from the apps to access your Twitter account, which you do in your Twitter settings on our iPhone settings menu. It will give you errors if you don't allow access TweetCleaner to access Twitter in the settings menu. It has worked perfectly with iOS 7.x on my iPhone 5 since I bought it months ago and I'm an I.T. guy. It works.

Okay so when I first bought TweetCleaner , it appeared that you could only go back so far to delete tweets. After some research, I found that twitter only stores the last 3000 or so tweets, hence the reason I couldn't delete them all. Turns out, you can delete up to 3000 at a time, restart your phone or twitter or something, I'm not sure what it is, and then open TweetCleaner back up and you can delete more. Love TweetCleaner. Definitely worth the money. Thanks guys!

I completely agree with kirkmc below, you can only go down to the '3,200 previous tweet cap' but nothing further than that which completely ruins the idea of TweetCleaner in the first place. I'd just rather make a new account then pay $2 for something that can't do something that I thought I was paying for. I'm sure something can be done about this I've emailed the devs a few days ago but still no response. Hopefully they do something about this cause it's really irritating to be able to delete something that I could've done on my own at the 3,200 limit instead of my older tweets from a while back.

TweetCleaner does not work, it is faulty and should have never been approved by apple to go live. If you try to delete more than 10 tweets at a time, TweetCleaner crashes each time. Say you spend several minutes check-marking a few hundred tweets to delete at once, then click "delete" - TweetCleaner will crash and you will lose all that time. Go back and try it again? it will crash again. TweetCleaner does not fulfill the BASIC purpose of why it exists: to make it fast and easy to delete MULTIPLE tweets. It crashes if you select more than 10. Totally unacceptable.

Simple and quick.

$1.99 would have been better spent tossing directly in toilet. App crashes constantly, will not load all tweets. You can see images related to links so you have to find it on Twitter w/o TweetCleaner anyway to see if u want to delete it or not. TweetCleaner was useless and did not save me any time. I wrote for refund and have not gotten a response.
Buyers beware.

I was searching for an app to wipe out all my tweets that mentioned my Ex-boyfriends name and I found this app. I just typed his name and all tweets that mentioned him were gone! So easy and worth it!

TweetCleaner works 100% and it lets you delete thousands of apps at once and you can select a date range and filter it by keywords or hashtags. Thanks for it!
