Family Sharing claim is a lie

SCAM. tuningapp works well enough for a single user, but I made the mistake of believing that it could be shared based on the family sharing card in tuningapp Store. Buyer beware: they have implemented purchase in a way that does not share. Family members downloading tuningapp get a demo, cannot restore the license, and logging in with the same user within tuningapp does not affect licensing. I’m out $6. Don’t make the same mistake.

I have a viola, but would only let me tune with a violin or guitar tuner unless I bought the full pack, which is more money then me buying a different app that would in-fact let me Tune for the correct pitches of a viola. But it got the job done still, but still would of liked if I could know I was getting the best notes, instead of hoping octave lower Cs will work.

I’ve only used tuningapp for a couple days and it seems great :) the only thing is when you leave tuningapp and then return without closing it, the tuning feature doesn’t work without starting something like the metronome first. Love it overall

I use tuningapp every time i want to tune my guitar and it tunes it almost perfectly. Though there are many options that you can't access without premium but if you just need it to ONLY tune than i think you will be satisfied

As someone using a brass instrument, I wasn’t expecting to get much more than a general tuner with tuningapp. But I now appreciate the variety of settings you can use for your own benefit! Would recommend this to all musicians.

The only problem is it will sometimes not tune unless you are close. But otherwise I very much enjoy the tones, metronome, and tempo control. It also shows you with a like how you tend to go.

It works well, and it even will tell you what pitch you are humming or singing. Great overall and very functional. The metronome is a little hard to use sometimes but that is all.

Way better than some of the other tuners I’ve tried. It works really well for tuning my violin. However, I wish I didn’t have to pay extra money to unlock all the features.

tuningapp allows me to tune my ukulele and my guitar! There is also options for a bass guitar and orchestral stringed instruments! It’s honestly really convenient and easy to use as far as understanding and being able to read. There are settings to change notation for different countries. It’s a great app, worth the few dollars you’d pay for any other tuner. The only thing I could say is that because a tuner is built to tune it probably is more accurate because it picks up sounds directly from the source leaving out any static or background noises. For others that might be fine but in my neighborhood it’s loud. I live in apartments and the walls are thin, so you know I hear every step. But still, the tuner is accurate. It’s an investment.

I’ve been using this tuner for about a month. And it has been the most accurate and useful tuner while on the go. Instead of plugging up my pedalboard I can easily just pull up tuningapp. Love it!

This tuner has met my expectations and was recommended by a friend. I have an electrical tuner that wasn’t the best for me and gave me spotty readings on the note I was playing. CTuner is quick and easy and allows me to get to playing my violin faster.

tuningapp is pretty good it tells you the basics and what note you are playing. It gets the job done and also comes with a metronome for you to practice with. It’s by far the best violin tuner I’ve found on my phone yet.
