PicShop Lite - Photo Editor Reviews

Before using PicShopLite, I read the reviews. So I was optimistic about it working at least decently! However, I was sorely mistaken! The “blemish” tool is awful! If I enlarge it, it turns the blemish black! If it’s smaller, it does nothing! Medium setting... nope! It only makes the blemish blurry, which is just as noticeable as the blemish. There are not many actual editing options. I understand PicShopLite is free, & I am a pretty understanding person, however, this is crazy! I would much rather use a free trial to try PicShopLite out & pay for it..rather than get awful results/wast my time. If you offer an app free, you should at least make the tools you offer, quality!! If you cannot offer quality tools, just offer the frames & other decor. Honestly, some of the tools were useless in my opinion. I have never written a negative review unless it truly did not work! If you zoom, you cannot move over. Even if it were semi-useful, I would give a positive one. I just do not think they should advertise this as a photo edit app. It should be advertised as a photo “decor” app. Sorry guys...I tried...it just did not work for me. :(
Maybe I will try again another day, because I feel bad writing bad reviews unless I truly give it a fair shot (more than once).

This is the 1st app I've found that actively displays dimensions/pixels in real time as you adjust the amount of crop. Also, PicShopLite delivers the widest and most extreme ranges in the edit category's contrast, hue, brightness, saturation, and sharpness. It's very easy to use and its regularly updated for new iOS systems, but doesn't require one of the latest systems to function, so people like me, who have an older system can still make it function properly.

I use this to edit pictures for my Facebook page and it works great. My favorite part of PicShopLite is the fact you can merge two pictures in creative and fun ways. If i had to make improvements i would make a way to permanently move the original picture to a side of the screen without it moving back to the center. Thank you for making an amazing app and i hope you can make it even better

I'll admit at first It didn't grow on me much but it soon did. Admittedly you're gonna have to spend the 2 dollars or so to get the features that matter most such as pic resolution once saved, but once paid for it was just totally great and even a fun app to make memes on every now and then. Def recommended. Love PicShopLite overall. The Turks high resolution option too is perfect. The upgrade is well worth it

Very user-friendly. App does everything I need. I have found it to be 100% reliable and consistent on my iPad mini and iPhone 5S. You do need to SAVE frequently, after almost each edit - or it will crash and you will lose your most recent changes. But that's no problem, since it's very fast and easy to Save. I think it's perfect!

No one expects it to be photoshop, but some basic tools would be nice--especially scaling......even in the paid version. So either im blind, or some basic stuff ain't there. And no way to select a section o f the image, either as a block, or something similar to the magic wand in photoshop

I like the interface, and the controls are intuitive enough. But if your trying a to collage disparate sized images, yer gonna have issues.

For cleaning up single images quickly, it's great.

I love PicShopLite; it has great options and I like to use it almost exclusively when I want to do my edits on-the-run, but seriously. This thing crashes all. the. time. And it doesn't even save your changes as you go. Anytime it crashes you have to manually go back, find the photo, and start from scratch again. And it might happen a couple times over. It is ridiculously finicky. Also, sometimes the edits don't translate properly when I upload the photos from my phone's photo folder to FB.

I gave PicShopLite five starts because I can edit all my photos for Instagram so they look ten times better and no one suspects they are edited because they look that good. A lot of these reviews say it crashes often but I have been using PicShopLite for a while and it has never crashed or had any issues.

Three stars because it does accomplish a few things very well but it is definitely not worth the $4.99 to unlock the full version. The only good thing about the full version is being able to save your photos or works of art in very high quality! I am glad to have the ability to do layers, but the way in which layers work could definitely use some tweaking on the part of the programmers! Good app, maybe worth $1.99

This is a great app. Especially to Instagram which I use! You can get it in HD, and it's awesome! PicShopLite helps me get likes on my Instagram posts!! It's amazing!! I would rate this 5/5 stars. I recommend this to people who use any online interactive posting content! Just upgrade it for five dollars! Trust me it's totally worth it. You can make epic pictures.

PicShopLite has been amazing. I use it to edit pictures and then download them to my favorite forum for my hobby. If you are looking for an editing software for pictures taken from your smart phone. Look no further just get PicShopLite. You won't be disappointed.

I have used other apps to edit my photos and none of them have been quite as good as this one. There are multiple filters and editing options that I would normally have to download separate apps. Now all the editing tools I need are in one place.

PicShopLite is great for people who have little experience in this kinda stuff and just wants to have fun with it although I would like to see some improvements in the free version it is still great for messing around with

Hey guys! I am a 11 year old photographer and I love a good editor!!!! I use my iPad mini (what I wrote this review on) to take last minute shots! But I use my real camera to take real shots. Ok, let me tell you, PicShopLite is awesome besides the fact that to put words on your photo costs $4.99! I hate that! I put cute little phrases on a lot of my photos! But I like it besides that! Bye!!!

I've only had PicShopLite a couple of days, but I am very pleased up to this point. My favorite feature is that can see my entire photo when in landscape. Other apps cut you into a box. So kudos for allowing me to venture outside the box!

I've tried a lot of apps and this one is my favorite, hands down. I should've wrote a review on it a year ago because it might have helped others decide to use it. Very, very happy with this one 😊

I don't write reviews, but this one deserves the best review ever! No adds, you can edit your pics in any way you want!! I went through tons of editor apps and this one doesn't compare!! LoVE this one and will always use!!!

Here’s the reason why I deleted it.
First of all it didn’t let me edit videos, not the worst problem. But when I decided okay I’ll just do a photo, I tried editing it but almost everything costs money!!!!! I was extremely upset! I guess the makers don’t know that we can just not pay for it and get a new app that costs nothing to edit the same as PicShopLite does. I’m disappointed because I really thought PicShopLite would work. 😭😭

I fell in love with PicShopLite! So easy to use and made my pics look incredible. But since I updated my I phone PicShopLite won’t work. I even paid for the better version. So until PicShopLite is updated it’s useless to me . I’m so sad

I think PicShopLite is pretty neat. The only thing I don't like is that occasionally it will just shut down and my work will be lost. Other than that, the features are easy to use and the pics look great too!
