Too bad these writers can’t leave their backyard sandbox. I have tried to hang in there to see if they would be improvements in this magazine and it’s only gotten worse. I do not want my subscription renewed on my iPad I’m having a very difficult process to make that happen. Thanks Paul

Just paid for a subscription. When I downloaded magazines THAT I PAID FOR they don’t STAY DOWNLOADED! They randomly, and in no logical sequence UN-download, and remove themselves from my iPhone 8 and iPad Air 2. This takes up data, time and renders this app as GARBAGE!!!!!!

Recently decided to subscribe to Dirt Bike magazine (digital). Downloaded the app from the app store as directed. Clicked on the subscribe button to purchase a 1yr subscription. As of this time, I am still not able to download nor access the current volume (April).
Sent an email to customer service and unfortunately I seemed to have confused matters but my support request has been deemed resolved and yet no digital download of my magazine subscription.
I'll continue to try to resolve but at first impression, Zinio is a much easier method of subscribing to digital magazines. At this point I'd rather cancel my subscription and credit my account than go through steps to resolve. But that's just me.
