Amazing Coin (USD) Learning Reviews

I bought this game for my 5 year old and it’s a little helpful but could be way better. But the worst thing by far is every time a new game starts you are prompted to buy another game. Advertising to kids like that is a little low.

I really love AmazingCoinUSDLearning because it educate's your child's brain to start counting coins and also it has cartoon character's.

I hate it. It is so babyish and I now a lot more stuff the this game does so I recommend you do not get this game. I am disappointed😡

Per teacher: everything seen so far is good. Needs per student data collection, customizable or levels to get 5 star. Like the vocalization of coin pattern using coin words to get them to hear as well as see pattern. Some of my students are frustrated when having to wait through vocal praise upon task completion. It's too slow for their need for speed. A short burst of sparkles would serve those better. Of course, some want that praise. That's why one size never fits all! Good start, keep developing.

Does AmazingCoinUSDLearning have sound? Can’t find a way to turn it on if it does and makes it boring silent.

I like the concept, but it needs more options, like the ability to not use the dollar and half dollar coins and an option to only show the front of the coins, not the backside. For young school-age children just learning the coins, this amount of variety is confusing. If It could be customized to make front sided penny, nickel, dime and quarter only, I would purchase it, instead of just sticking with the free version. From what I read of the reviews of the paid version, you can't customize that either. Too bad.

This is a good coin teaching app. The only thing I don,t like is having the Half Dollar & $1.00 gold coin in so many of the activities. I don,t see those coins around much so I do not find it useful for my Special Ed students. I would much prefer AmazingCoinUSDLearning to just deal with the coins we actually use. Some coins also have different fronts and back (especially the state quarters). These should all be represented.

My 6y/o seems to like it. I on the other hand was annoyed at the constant requests to write this dang review. I had to write it to stop the pop-ups from interrupting the fun.

Visuals are nice. Sound is good. Activities are challenging. Not sure if there's enough variety yet. My one suggestion would be to offer an option to review the coinage.

3 stars for annoying requests for review. Otherwise would have been four. Might have been five if given enough time to experience it.

I like the varied activities and also how realistic the coins look. So often we only show the fronts of the coins that kids need to turn them over to see the front. I also like purchasing snacks and putting them in the fridge to eat later.

I am stuck between 2 or 3 stars. My 5yo loves this game but I suspect this game was not created in the US. The coins are a bit obscure. It's a quarter but not the front of one. It's the Ohio state quarter back. I know what it is but I don't want my son to think all quarters look like that. Also, for 1.00 they have 100 cents. Which is technically correct but not how we would write it. Basically, it would be nice to show the front of the coins not the random backs that now vary so much.

After my Child played a few pages it shows the Upgrade to Full Version page with a go back button. Two or three more trips to the Upgrade advert and the go back option had gone away. The only way to get game play again is to uninstall and reinstall.

This time, I am uninstalling it FOR GOOD. There is no going back now and no upgrade from my purse, and this developer is now on my No Go list.

I like this game, but best of all, my daughter likes it. Repetition of the voice, naming the coins and defining their value, helps the kids commit them to memory. It is simple and has some flaws, but it is free and will do the job.

We really like this game (free version) but wished you could chose which of the games to play without having to play all of them in order to get to the one we want.

They free preview is good but I greatly hate when it says it is free but it only offers a preview. I am a teacher that was given 2i-pads to use in my classroom but no money to use to buy apps or a wireless router so we could use the Internet. I really wish all apps came with previews and free apps were truly free.

My daughter teacher send me a note and she said that my daughter has to learn more at home I am a busy mom I don't have much time but this game really help my daughter a lot thank you

My daughter and I had a great time learning about math and money in your fantastic application. She is now ready to earn a weekly allowance. Have a great day
