I’m not sure what to think. Punchcard is easy to use and I’ve been using it for several weeks but no points have shown up for me. It said to upload a photo of myself to my profile for 100 points. I did, but got no points. I’ve scanned many receipts and spun the wheel and should have hundreds of points so far but I have none. I emailed customer service but nothing from them yet either.

I have used Punchcard for 6 months. I am presently unemployed and began using Punchcard to save points for Christmas gifts. My app has COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING. I have contacted this app support several times with no response at all. I still receive emails from them but no reply to mine. I’m VERY UPSET because I faithfully used Punchcard to build points. Now I receive an error saying “Sorry. You’re network is unavailable “ but everything else on my iPhone is working fine. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

It seems your time is not very valuable or well compensated as the receipts you submit maybe will get 5 point or maybe 100? But also then as other reviews have said the points don’t show in the account? Disappointed though this would be worth my time. Not recommended you can get rewarded better if you play the lottery cause that’s essentially what your doing with Punchcard. Lame bye girl

I have been scanning receipts for weeks, but still can’t see any points whatsoever. Uploaded a photo to supposedly get 100 points, but still no points. I have emailed the help desk twice about being able to see my points and no response whatsoever. Either fix Punchcard or get rid of it. Essentially you’re gathering our information, but not rewarding us at all which I find to be both unprofessional and shady.

I have had Punchcard a couple months now. I’ve scanned I don’t know how many receipts at many many stores and restaurants. I uploaded my profile picture and I’ve checked in everywhere it seems. Yet I don’t show one single point. I’ve emailed support multiple times and have never received a response. I’ll update my review when someone actually shows some concern for their users.

I had been using Punchcard for a while. All of a sudden when I send email inquiring about rewards/points, my app has completely stopped working. I don’t see points. It states I need to allow location to be accessed. Except I should you do have access. Fix your bugs and show which awards are there.

I downloaded Punchcard and scanned well over 15 receipts - never received any points. I tried to contact their customer service through Punchcard (I just clicked the link they provided) and got a reply from a random company in Canada saying I had contacted the wrong people. I deleted Punchcard immediately as I suspect its fraudulent.

Punchcard no longer works. I see where mpoints was done in 2017 that was checking into places for points but Punchcard is also gone. Its Mpoints also. no points, rewards to redeem, or replies so apparently it refers to all the mpoints apps.

Punchcard doesn’t work. No points show up after you’ve scanned and spun the wheel. Developer: please let us know if you’re going to fix the issue or whether we should all just delete Punchcard .

There is nothing working Punchcard. But I would suggest take Punchcard out from store and you first fix all the issues and then re-publish it. Make sure you test it before publishing next time.

It won’t work when location services is set to “while using Punchcard ”. It has to be always on which I don’t like. I’m not sure I even want to try it further.

I've been using for 2 months now, submitting AT LEAST 30-35 RECIEPTS, but for some reason my account is still at 0 and I haven't heard anything back from support or anyone over there.

I like to try out all these passive and easy apps but not if they don’t award you the points it says. And especially if you get no response form inquiries. I think Punchcard is defunct.

I’ve yet to see ANY Mpoints and the customer support email did nothing. No response.
Seemed like a great idea but the follow thru from this app just is not there. Will be deleting Punchcard . Disappointing experience

The reward system used for Punchcard is mPoints (or M+), a now defunct system. You have nothing to gain by installing.

I had a few dozen entries before I dug up the dirt to find this out. It’s been a complete waste of time.
