I paid for the subscription a month ago and I am still waiting for the opportunity to read the magazine. I am so disappointed! I wish someone would get back to me and help me, but I guess one person's complaints are not enough for them to give good service.

I cancelled my subscription, and I was still charged for a yearly subscription on automatic renewal a few months to a year later. I am in the process of cancelling and being refunded, but it will be a partial refund only.

This is the worst magazine app ever. It continually 'freezes,' it drops personal info so that one has to submit and resubmit, current issues do not appear in library, on and on.
Even updates require resubmission of information.
