Best eAviation mag

Though FlightInternational is not perfect, it is the best one on the market. I only hope that FlightInternational inspires others to push the level of quality.

Deplorable customer service.

While I enjoy the product my issue is with the support.

I signed up for digital and physical issues. In the last few months I have only received 1 copy of the Magazine through the post.

I have tried to relay this through phone and email. The phone number went to a private house, they have been getting these calls for a while apparently. The gent on the phone was very nice as he explained this to me.

My requests for resolution through FlightInternational and email have gone unanswered.

Very poor customer service.

Terrible since last change

Most prob I'm not the only one having download issues since the last "update", lost my entire library that was avail offline in FlightInternational , now only very few ones, for the amount of money we pay for this magazine it has become a burden each time I try to access it, basically not all of us are in places with good internet connection so the download to read after was a good option and having the library avail in app with it's reading features.

Believe I'm not renewing my subscription if this problem persists

Fine if you don't mind losing the issues you paid for.

I'm not a subscriber, but I do buy issues on occasion. The ones I bought disappeared from FlightInternational . Restore purchases (repeatedly) did not work. I contacted Flight Global. They told me they could not help me. Contact Apple. Apple told me to click "Restore Purchases" or contact Flight Global. I love a rathole...don't you? It's really a wonderful business model: get people to pay $$ for things that you don't deliver. To hell with Flight International!

Good magazine, average app

It does a good job of taking a great magazine and presenting it in a multi-media way. However, the lack of article sharing and saving is a big miss. Another big problem is the small area for text. Often a picture and a side bar takes up more than half the screen resulting in an awful lot of scrolling...

Great Magazine Poor App

It's difficult to rate FlightInternational when what is publishing is a great magazine.

Outside the content, FlightInternational is terrible is you change devices.

Very disappointed with the new version!!!
Lost all previously downloaded content. Can't zoom in text like the previous version. Text size doesn't work on the main body text of the article. It's not straightforward to go back to the menu, you'll have to click/press several times for the top menu to show.

'New & Improved'?

FlightInternational requires repeated logout and login to recognise your right to download the latest edition.

Also, in one fell swoop you've deleted our reading lists!

After years of loyal subscription, all the editions that were being kept 'on the back burner' in FlightInternational have been deleted and merged into a generic archive. There's no way of sorting the read from the unread now.

With this level of forward planning, thank Christ you don't actually operate the aeroplanes you write about. #FIfail

Needs iPad HD support

Great app and good layout. Unfortunately the text is very grainy on the new iPad. For a magazine that has so much visual content taking advantage of the retina display is a must.

I'm a rgular reader of Flight, and awaited the arrival of its digital version. How disappointing. I have a keyboard attached to my iPad, but unfortunately the magazine is only viewable in portrait.
Too bad the publishers just didn't make Flight available on Zinio, the best magazine reader avialble, IMHO.

Awful after update

Great magazine trapped in an awful app. Lost all of my offline library and can't get it back. Would prefer a .pdf download for kindle!

Please fix this!

Probably the worst app I've ever used. Constant login problems. Poor customer support. I would recommend staying with paper

I cannot even get to my older editions, never mind the fact that I cannot see what was read or not.

The oldest edition I can see is for October'16.
