App was literally updated 3 weeks ago. It’s now March 2020. Plenty of previous reviews have addressed the fact that the app fails to work with dark mode and developers have blatantly ignored them. That’s just the most recent minor issue on top of the years worth of account access issues that also haven’t been addressed. Would not recommend investing money in an app or company that clearly doesn’t care about users or usability as demonstrated by continued refusal to fix the most common and basic problems with the app.

Could not get back in day after purchase. Had to write support and wait days for useful response; finally was able to access app, but same thing kept happening. Repurchased and was OK for a while, but same problem has recurred.
Cannot believe ineptitude of this publishing company ( or wherever it is), where one cannot access the purchase.
I recommend Pediatric version of Lexicomp instead.

If you change your phone or update the app, you will have to pay again to use the app. Approached support to get help but received a lengthy email asking to install from purchased section and create new user and ID. But this will charge another subscription. Once I replied back to email, my case was closed and same reply (template) received. Worst support service received ever..
