She was the most active person to get the money and the phone

Stupid

I have a windows machine, get this book on windows 10, but guess what? I can't use the free download I'm supposed to get for buying the book because I don't have an IOS machine. If I was using an IOS product why would I need windows 10 books? Totally stupid. I won't buy anything from this publisher again.

Perfect app!

It's have everything

Not free, some sort of magazine

It doesn't tell you there is charge until you install WindowsHelpAdvice and open it.

Don't Buy from Futures

I was forced to give one star, because you can't submit a comment with none. Before you decide to waste your money on digital issues of any mags from this company, check out reviews from other customers. I did, and found out to my dismay that Future Publishing takes money then either doesn't deliver the mag, or it constantly disappears from your NS library.
When this happens (and it will, often) you are forced to go through a process involving deleting WindowsHelpAdvice , cold restarting your device, re-installing WindowsHelpAdvice , and crossing your fingers. I'm still waiting for an issue of Windows magazine after going through their hoops several times.
I canceled MacLife because they kept taking my money but never giving me a magazine I could keep to read. The constant undercurrent with Futures is a very real risk that you will lose your money and get little or nothing in return. When you address this to Future, you get either a robo-letter of FAQ or a very rare "real" letter of apology with no result.
Think hard before you do business with Future Publishing; the nicknames "Mad" and "Mad Again" were taken already...

Crashing annoyance!

After being pleased with the MacLife issue I wanted to try another magazine. Unfortunately WindowsHelpAdvice seemed to be plagued by crashes after swiping through a few pages as the other posts have pointed out. I too have sent a email to the Help email address. Hopefully this will be fixed and I guess you can say this is expected from a new service. A free magazine or subscription for early adopters who had sent in a email would be welcome :-)

Screen saver

Have you ever wanted to walk right into your screen and be where the actual website is. I think that Windows should have either a link on the screen saver or somewhere on your website that you can go find out what actual location the Screen saver was taken!!!

App crashes constantly.

WindowsHelpAdvice crashes after flipping through just a few pages. It's unusable. I deleted and downloaded new ones a few times, but the issue persists. I sent an email to their customer service detailing the issue and got no response. Move on, this is not WindowsHelpAdvice you're looking for.

Constant Crash!

Every time I pull it up to read even 1 page, WindowsHelpAdvice crashes. Waste of money buying the issues because you CAN'T READ THEM! Back to buying them from the local store.

Windowz 10

Big Brother Watching

Doesn't come with the disk

Many of the articles use a disk that comes with the magazine, I want my disk or my money back.

If they figure out how to send the disk I will raise my review to 5 stars.

Win7

The superior App

Disappointing!!!

I could download the iOS 9.1 upgrade, BUT, after repeated attempts, it refused to install. Truly disappointing!!!

???

It's a list of things that cost money...?
