The only reason I have Spiceworks is to monitor tickets. Without push notifications I don’t see them right away and they could sit there for awhile. Please fix this!
Push Notifications Are Broken

I've always used the this app app in the past. Now I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with it.
I'm not receiving push notifications and when I open the notifications menu within Spiceworks , it's blank. A co-worker is using an older iPhone with an older iOS version and it works for him.
I'm on 11.3.0, however this issue was present on 11.2.X as I was hoping it was an iOS related issue. Turns it this is definitely something on this app end. Tried reinstalling Spiceworks and even resetting my phone to factory.
Internal server error 500

App has not worked going on 2 months now. I keep getting a "internal server 500" error every time I click to view any tickets. I've uninstalled and installed the apps 2 times and it helps to no avail.

I use Cloud. At first I stopped receiving PUSH notifications...okay fine. As the admin I can set it up to send me an email...
However, now I can't even log in with Spiceworks . Like at all. Using the exact same login credentials I can log in via the web, but not with Spiceworks .
I am unable to use Spiceworks because it doesn’t support SSO, which is how I am registered with this app Helpdesk online.
Needs Ticket Views

We use an on prem install and have multiple departments using the same system, we use category to sort as Department and ticket views to show each department what's relevant to them. But these view options are to available in Spiceworks which makes it half unusable for our help desk admins who mostly use Spiceworks on the go and need to see their department tickets not just what is assigned to them or all open tickets, when we have hundred of tickets open at a time it's too much for them to search every time. I think I would rate 5 if this was implemented in Spiceworks .

I have no idea how Spiceworks has managed to have updates and still has not fixed the search issue. The search function is so bad it should just be removed. Spiceworks would be 5 stars if the search worked at all. I can’t search for an email address for a user, can’t search for tickets in custom fields I’ve created. The only way I can search for specific tickets is by location. Please fix this issue.

Is there a fix for this? Tickets show in chronological order on my laptop, but on Spiceworks they are kind of all over the place.

Hello, Would you please add multitasking in split view for the iPad Pro? This would be great! Also please allow the use for the Apple Pencil so we can write things down quickly and collect signatures from end users please.
Last few months I see a lot of blank spaces in tickets and have to scroll down a lot to see updates. It’s just white or blank spaces. Only on Spiceworks does this happen, very annoying.

The latest update seems to have fixed whatever was causing the crashing that came in the last update, or at least it's been working so far since I updated earlier today.
Now the review: it's a solid, very basic app, but I find that it's so limited that I never use it in day to day use, to the point where if I need access to this app and only my phone is available, I will open it with Safari over Spiceworks.
There just needs to be much more of the functionality that makes the desktop so great, like having easily searchable tickets and devices, or the custom ticket views, all of the options for editing tickets without having to use the hash tags, and the tools like wake on LAN would be amazing. Alerts creating notifications would be nice, and the ability to scan barcodes to pull up assets would be utter brilliance (or at least a major time saver).
Last bit - would love to get rid of the ads, even if it cost a dollar or two through an in-app purchase.
Inventory Timeline

Great job with Spiceworks so far. I use Spiceworks only for inventory not tickets. When I click timeline from the main inventory screen at the top right the timeline screen loads and I briefly see the timeline for a couple seconds but Spiceworks crashes.

Spice works came through and fixed this issue. Now I'm back to closing tickets throughout the building where we work.
