This has been the worse service over all
I had to cancel,, because I was not able to used after activating the fleet cardS,, I called customer service they try to help but still the cards will show decline.. I was it was that the gas station have poor internet connectivity and that was why then I was told I need to change the driver ID and nothing work I spent about an hour on the phone trying to used this card I even lost a couple transportation jobs to the airport because I spend so much time trying to use the card.. at the end I opted out to cancel the account that it took about one month to beginning to actual activating the cards ,, when attempted to use not good at all,, all this times waisted for nothing I am going to put 1 to 2 hours in the gas station trying to fuel my car... don't used is definitely the worse...

This is the worst fuel card I have ever had they promise you fuel discounts but never give them to you they charge you a fee after three after fee it’s not worth the plastic it’s on run run as fast as you can because this service stinks

I would definitely not recommend this company. If you are lucky 1 hour in hold for any problem you might have. Go direct with Chevron, She’ll or any gas company

Fuelman is terrible. It does not show this app sites I know FOR SURE are in the network. In fact I just fueled up with diesel at a site I’ve been using for years and it does not show up for either gas nor diesel. Several other sites nearby that I know are in the network also do not show up. Yes, I made sure my settings were correct. If you get in a bind and are having trouble finding a location, your best be is still to call the 1-800 customer service number.

Fuelman would be great if it were ever accurate. It shows stations that don’t exist, stations that don’t take this app, and I’ve found stations that take this app that aren’t on the map. It’s easier just to trial and error without Fuelman !

The search filter does not give you locations with the specifications you select. For example locations listed as being 24 hrs or pay at the pump will not have those services. Wastes a lot of time.

Probably the worst locator app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using.
7 different sites marked in a single city and not a single one of them worked. Not one... finally ended up having to just pay for fuel out of pocket. Absolutely useless in all aspects.

Fuelman works fine. However there are a ton of fees they add to your bill. There is no autopay option. If you miss you pay date they charge outrageous late fees. 2 or 3 times what you owed them in the first place. Never again.

I’m not sure who signed off on the latest version of Fuelman because we tested the newest install on 8 different devices and you are 0-8.
None of them Work and it’s the same exact error everyone has been receiving and the one you mentioned in the BugFix that says it was fixed.
For all the money our company runs through this app in a single week you would think a simple app could be written to find the this app locations!
Scrap what you have and start over with a bare-bones version!

It will not locate any services. None. Gives error that says if failed and to check Network. Even though network is working fine. No Customer support for Fuelman to call into to, And the support email address Fuelman provides is bad address. Bounces.

App is outdated and only works when it wants to. this app never gives any discount, but will keep telling you they do. Even though you ask them to show you where on your invoice. I tried this app and this horrible app for a month. At least I got cash price at the truck stops, but never any discounts.

* Customer service is horrible half hour waits at best
* Not every station takes this and it’s mostly stations with much higher fuel costs why do you need that.
* Bill must be paid every Monday or else
* even stations that claim to take the fuel man somehow the transaction doesn’t go through, this is not reliable enough to use for a real business
* Representatives here don’t actually even know the products that they offer
With 1400 drivers, everyone here agreed this is not a service for us and opted to go with a cashback reward program for fuel purchasing.

There is no fuel savings or perks with this card, only Fees, Fees & more Fees. Fuelman will cost you $30 per month to use. This company has been the worst I have ever dealt with. They charge several fees every month, customer service is terrible and you are on hold forever when you call in to resolve an issue. Definitely save your time & money and use another company.

I closed my account. Worst customer service. Took more money than we agreed upon when opening a secured account. Took over a month to get back to me with no resolution then myself and this app agreed to close my account with them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service

I had great experiences with Fuelman locator. If I looking for the closest gas station it tells me or the maintenance job it tells me the closest locations. I never had any issues with Fuelman at home or on the road.

Directs you to stations that do not exist or have the correct fuel listed or accept the card. If you rely on the this app app you will run out of fuel, food, water and die
