No bugs on my end! Great app that I use as a resource as a pharmacist often. With so many poor reviews, I wanted to share that I have never had issues with IBMMicromedexDrugInt!

Recent update to IBMMicromedexDrugInt has completely removed the only reason for getting IBMMicromedexDrugInt - to check interactions. You can type a drug name “check” it off, type another drug name and “check” it off as well - but there isn’t a “Check Interactions” option anymore!! Render IBMMicromedexDrugInt completely useless - needs to be fixed.

App wasn't working a few weeks back, looks like it's working again thankfully

IBMMicromedexDrugInt use to give all drug information and was my go-to. Now it only gives drug interactions and no information about the individual drug. I am very disappointed as it’s now a useless source to me as a pharmacist since it’s no longer an all in one source of information. I’ll be sticking with lexicons or factsandcomparisons

The only reason to have IBMMicromedexDrugInt is to check for drug interactions. You can check as many drugs as you like but you can’t see the interaction as you once could.
This needs to be fixed pronto please.

The button has disappeared. Can only search and select medications but you can’t view the interactions. Please fix ASAP. IBMMicromedexDrugInt is useless when we cannot access the information.

The view selected drugs/ view interactions button does not show up since updating to iOS 13.

Please fix ASAP

You can only enter the drug you want to check for interactions but the button is no longer available to run an interaction check!!! Please fix ASAP

This products yields very useful info - but I experience multiple difficulties using the mobile app. Every time it upgrades (quarterly at least, when. They provide new data), I need to re-enter a new password. As I have a subscription to this through my hospital, I need to be at a workstation in the hospital network to find. The new password for this quarter. In other words, I cannot use this mobile app without first sitting down at a workstation.

Even worse, sometimes the password does not even work. I just updated and entered the password from our library, and it's not accepted. Our librarians contacted Thompson-Reuters (Micromedex) tech support. They shared "they are aware of the problem, but they don't have access to the new password. No time estimate on when the web page will be updated with the new password. Their advice is to use the web interface until this problem is corrected."

My advice is if you're going to spend money for a mobile drug interaction program, do it with a company that understands and is committed to supporting a mobile platform. Based on my experience, Micromedex (Thompson Reuters) does not fit my needs.

It seems there is no hope for some people. The first paragraph clearly states that IBMMicromedexDrugInt is free but the subscription costs $9.99 a year. You can't be more clear, seems you can't please anyone any more. I didn't bother to try IBMMicromedexDrugInt because I'm not in the medical field and saw no need to pay the cost. I did d/l it though just so I could respond to the first reviewer.

My thanks to the company though for offering inexpensive information that helps care providers better assist the people under their care.

I am a nurse, and have used Micromedex as my primary drug info site for a few years. It is accurate, easy to use, and very handy when a patient asks me something about a medication, because I can pull it up right on the spot and we can read it together. I have never had a problem with IBMMicromedexDrugInt until now. When I tried to access it yesterday it asked for a password. I have never needed a password before, and don't understand why one is needed now. If I ever had a password, it has long since been forgotten. What happened??

I rarely write reviews but I am disturbed that I have to hunt all over IBMMicromedexDrugInt to cancel my subscription!!!! IBMMicromedexDrugInt is so basic and the interface is so old looking in comparison to many of the other apps that I can't believe they have the nerve to bill over $2 monthly. Here is the kicker.. I had to get another app because this one didn't have all of the different Meds and herbs I take in it!!! Not worth the money AT ALL! When I click the link for app support it says can't open too many redirects! I have to cancel a credit card just to stop them from billing me REALLY?!!!!

it says right at the very top of IBMMicromedexDrugInt description that it's $9.99 for non Micromedex customers and free for Micromedex customers. It's always been this way on IBMMicromedexDrugInt. The one that is completely free is Drug Informaiton - you've mixed up your apps. it's not a scam; why do you expect the best, evidence based clinical information anywhee to be completely free to you??

Quality information about drugs. Set up requires inserting password from hospital or school just once a year. Doesn't take up massive amounts of memory space on phone. Provides the basics when I am in not in front of my computer.

I have had IBMMicromedexDrugInt for several years and found the information useful. I tried renewing the subscription yesterday and IBMMicromedexDrugInt constantly crashed. I contacted developer who told me it was my problem that there was nothing wrong with their app. I am using latest version of iOS
and have no problem purchasing other apps including another app from this developer yesterday. Never had such a poor response from a developer

Yes it's free if you follow the steps through your workplace/provider. IBMMicromedexDrugInt is probably good for people sitting in a pharmacy or classroom but not so useful for the hands-on professionals who actually administer meds! Interactions are nice to know but are secondary to compatibility! If you know which meds are incompatible, you avoid interactions in the first place!!! Please add IV compatibility info - would even be willing to pay for this.

Great app! Works well. I haven't had any problems with crashes. One can check multiple drugs for interactions at the same time. Highly recommend IBMMicromedexDrugInt.

It says right at the top that it's a subscription service! I get this through school and it's a great app for pharmacy students.

Great app! Well worth the $9.99 a year. The cost is stated clearly in the description and so I was well aware of that when I downloaded IBMMicromedexDrugInt . I have an iPhone 4 and it works fine

Great resource that used to be free. Now with this update they want a subscription to use. Worse yet the sneaky people don't even tell us this was going to happen! They lie saying this release is just an update to branding

Skip this. If you buy anything get epocrates which is far better than these guys.

Don't buy. Just use free other apps or web sites.
