Tucson looks cool but it's super weak. Thats why they don't explain the function of Tucson. Do they think people would love to be a graffiti reporter from their phone?

There are too many steps to add the data, and Tucson is only good for graffiti. SeeClickFix is a much better platform and you can report many other problems with a much better interface. For picture upload, I would rather have the choice to take a new pic or upload one from my phone. The "set location" feature only works if you are standing right next to the graffiti, otherwise you can only mark your current location. The "map drag" feature does not work with your phone's location services on. It always jumps back to your current location rather than stay where you drug it on the map.

poor response, & follow up ! Might as well cancel Tucson because if the graffiti is not in city limits nothing will be done with the report. Instead of forwarding to the correct jurisdiction or department for removal, app staff will just blow off the report. Well done.

So I downloaded Tucson thinking I could see and pay my bill...guess I’m going back to my laptop for that.

Yes, Tucson only reports graffiti. It is super easy to use. Snap a picture, record a brief message, press the map to record your location and add some info about yourself. Note once you record you name etc. it stays in Tucson so you never need to record it again. I live downtown, lots of graffiti so to me this is a fantastic app. Tucson is intuitive and a report can be made in less than a minute

Just doesn’t work! App opens to a black screen with a white stripe across the top of the screen, no buttons to click , nothing to enter Tucson ???
Is anyone monitoring Tucson?
