App doesn't work
I remember using this years ago and would love to use it again but the app doesn't allow me to open any of the sessions. Or anything at all. I have an iPhone with the newest iOS on. So I'm not sure why the app is not working for me.

No downloads yet charged
I was very pleased so I decided to purchase 4 downloads. I was charged for 4 and only received 1. Sent two emails to either get assistance or receive a refund. it’s been nearly a month and no response.

Took my money
I downloaded this app a few months ago. I purchased a couple sessions and had no problems. I recently purchased one of the sessions, was charged and paid for. It said it downloaded but it’s never shown up in my purchases and I have a receipt of payment. When I scroll through the different sessions it shows me the ones I purchased in the past but the most recent one does not show as purchased. When I tried to email through the “contact us” address it was sent back to me saying undeliverable. I understand that $4 is not a lot of money but I would either like what I purchased or I’d like my money back.
