Ticketing?? That's it??

Love the system, don't like KaseyaHelpDesk . Was surprised to see KaseyaHelpDesk focus on ticketing with no functionality for monitoring and management when the system itself focuses on the monitoring and management...oh...and also has ticketing if you don't use another system. Not deleting it though. Hoping to see an update soon that includes more monitoring.

Nice try but did not connect to the server and sometime it does not take settings if you try to reconfigure after deleting KaseyaHelpDesk .

Kserver is great, but KaseyaHelpDesk is complete trash. Crashes after any configuration. Useless for being in the field and trying to check tickets.

After trying to accept terms and conditions KaseyaHelpDesk crashes immediately. Please fix ASAP.

Great idea, but it crashes when trying to add a new view. Works for the most part but needs to be able to sort the tickets out a little easier.

Great app for managing tickets, but we don't use the ticketing module. It would be so easy to add in views for alarms, agent status, reports, etc. which would be much more valuable. Someone please add these features!

I have a vsa server running at my office but i Cannot connect to it with KaseyaHelpDesk. All I get is a cryptic error message. Thankful this was free... Happy to uninstall.

In my view, under Incident Filter, I could really use Department there. I handle requests for one of our departments, and would like to be able to view only those whether they're assigned to me yet or not.

For the reviewers who didn't read the description, this is an app for Service Desk. Primarily ticketing. Nice clean interface to get you into SD and into tickets from your iphone! Love it!
