Not helpful

Well, I scrolled through a few words, screenshot the ones I liked, and then deleted BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz . I thought this would be helpful in the expanse of my British vocabulary, but not so. There's no way to search for the words I want to know. Instead, they give me random words, some of which were somewhat useful, and some of which were very crude; I just don't need or care to know that junk. So, I say, I scrolled through some words until I'd had enough, screenshot the ones I liked, and then deleted BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz .
Basically useless

Unless you simply want to scroll through words or phrases, BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz is useless. Cannot search which is what Iβd been seeking. Deleting now.
Rubbish!

This Could be a good app if you could search, And if there were many more words and phrases. I would Love to find an English to American dictionary, of sorts.
You canβt search for a specific word, making BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz worthless for anything other than entertainment!
Nearly useless without ability to SEARCH

Did I miss something?β¦I tapped everywhere and could not find a search box. Forced to scroll endlessly using arrows. Absolutely cannot recommendβ¦but bravo to the developer for finding a clever way to get a Brit fan to spend USD $2.99. Me the dummy, but you the fraudster

The ability to remove add is easily executed, but at no time was I told what it cost. There does not appear to be a search capability, ergo I am at the mercy of BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz writer as to what I see and when. Somehow 50 slang terms doesn't cover the extent of slang terminology among the speakers of the King's/Queens language on a daily basis. Back into the gentle abyss goes this one!
No search capability

Apparently all you can do is scroll through the list of words which are in no apparent order.
Disappointing.

This is set up like a lesson for school children. It lists a few words. Unfortunately, you can't write in a slang word and find out what it means. If you just want to think you're cute because you know a few words, this is great. If you travel and want to look up slang definitions, forget BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz.
Would like to see more functionality - like search or list. Not all the words are accurate at the moment, but still fun to read through and be a bit silly.
Cute & funny,could be better

I love British slang and I always wanted to know more! BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz helped me and actually laugh a few times! It's overall material was so so. Repetitive.
Needs some work

1) Needs ability to do a word search.
2) Needs ability to turn on/off the profanity, crude words.
3) Needs ability to show all words in a list.
4) Needs ability to show favorites in a list.
5) Needs ability to allow user to view words in random order or sequential order.
Cool app

It's good but needs more vulgar sayings and also needs to have better definitions with how to use and when it's appropriate to use them but it's overall a good app.
Good fun on a road trip or while traveling

BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz is very helpful and provided hours of entertainment on a recent road trip. I would read off words and we'd guess what they meant in American and Australian English. Only thing I'd suggest as an enhancement is a few sentences to put the slang into context. :)
Iβm an American who watches a lot of British shows on tv, and I may misunderstand the plots if I donβt have immediate access to English slang while watching the broadcasts. Thank you.
Bloody Good app!

So I'm kind of an anglophobe and I really wanted to learn more British words, so BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz was perfect for me. I like how it gives you any random word, although it would be nice if it had a search bar too. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the adds. The adds pop up and cover the entire screen and you have to stare at them for at least 5 seconds, it does this quite frequently. And since I am not paying $3 just to remove adds I just have to deal with them.

The words I saw so far (about 50) are good words to know. Some of them I recognized from East Enders, and others from English friends' speech. Many I did not know.
These are the basic kinds of words you need to know to follow a conversation among English people, without being left out on much of it because you are not hearing the words you don't know. These slang words are part of English daily life.
I would change the translation of "rubbish" to "baloney" or "worthless claims or comments."
Funny!

Watching Lost for so long I heard Charlie say so many of these words and never realizing what he referred to. I now am going to watch Lost all over again and pay attention to his lines.
BritishSlangNewDictionaryofUrbanSlangsQuiz has been extremely helpful! As my favorite singer is from the UK and is sometimes hard to understand certain words he uses plus it's super fun!
Very funny!

I am gobsmacked that they haven't used at least some the words in a sentence. But I really like this, cute and interesting. Have had a lot of English GF's and brings back memories!
