Crashes
I did everything the troubleshooting FAQs suggest but without fail, this app crashes and stalls continuously. Then went to email their support and that says that due to high volumes, support emails can no longer be answered. Don’t get this app, and probably not any of the others they offer if you can’t contact someone when the thing doesn’t work.

Well, I used to love this app until I tried to contact support because it began crashing. Their website states: “Thanks for your interest in getting a hold of Saagara. Due to the high volume of emails we receive, we are temporarily closing our contact form.” REALLY? Even though I PAID for this app? Not acceptable. It’s outright thievery. Apple needs to address this unethical “company”.

This app worked for me once and has crashed every other time I’ve tried to use it. I was really looking forward to using it and am sorely disappointed.
