Bank & ATM Finder: Banks & ATMs Mobile Locator Reviews

With my newfound convenience that comes with my new iPhone, I went on a harvest frenzy for more. ATM is one thing that I seldom approach (once maybe every three months) but have to locate - quickly so - when in need. BankATMFinder pops up as a convenience bearer - on paper. (Or rather, on Web.) But no. The implementation is too bad for any good.

True, BankATMFinder gathers a lot of ATM data and associates them to your location. Maybe a little too much information? ATM's are listed in no apparent sorting order, not an order that a human finds useful. Banks, the same thing.

Advice to Michael: Before you think of making bucks from ads, think how people will use your app.

It worked perfectly, all it needs now is a way to give you directions (unless it does and I just don't know it)

Awesome app. Very useful. But I also agree that there should be a way to get directions to the places that come up on the map. If that were included, this would be a perfect app.
Still, a very good/useful app.

I was in china and BankATMFinder helped a lot to locate ATMs that I could go too. Great app I don't know about America yet I'll write a review when I get back

It is ok app. Does not have the most update list. It does not list the closest bank or ATM, not very accurate. Need to update the software.

BankATMFinder couldn't tell me where an ATM machine was for many blocks, even though I was in the midst of Washington DC's K Street financial district with dozens of bank branches and their ATMs all around me! I can't navigate or zoom out with it either and the geolocation "bullseye" icon didn't work.

I am standing 3' from an ATM, but according to BankATMFinder the closest ATM is 5.3 miles from my current location. Needless to say I am deleting BankATMFinder right after I press the submit button on this review.

Can't tell the difference between a cash advance and a convenience store, lists banks and credit unions interchangeably, can't find ATMs half the time, lists places that closed years ago... Need I go on?

BankATMFinder is either out of date or not complete. I was standing next to an ATM and this application failed to mention it. Deleted it from my phone.

How do we get Our Bank's ATM on your locator?

Just use google maps it is easier and BankATMFinder uses the same listing....

Did not inform me of the four ATMs I know for a fact are on my block. In a city of almost 1,000,000 residents it showed almost no ATMs.

yup im with everybody else, it needs directions, heck i cannot even copy the info to my google maps.

Said the nearest ATM was 10 miles away...there is one 3 blocks from where I was.

Oh my, pull the plug on BankATMFinder

I live in a city of 100,000 people and BankATMFinder stated that the closest ATM was 60 miles away. Are you joking me! Lost in a new country and needing money and the "closest" ATM is 60 miles away, give me a break. I then found a FREE app that found an ATM less then a half a mile from my location. DO NOT BUY.
