The search result would give information about their address, phone no, rating and URL (if one has).

I just got RestaurantFinder & there were a number of restaurants in my area still listed that have closed or that have moved to a new location. RestaurantFinder is ok, but could be so much better!

From all the crying in rating I thought the worse. But seems to work fine. Provides phone number, call ahead to see if restaurant is closed. Worked great except for weather status. But don't need it. IPhone can get it.

I have used a few restaurant finder apps. This is by far the best one I ever used. Just love it. I was craving some Vietnamese restaurant near me, it found so many that I had no idea existed. Highly recommend it, if you're a foodie like me. :)

This is a great app for the price...IT'S FREE !!! I found all of my favorite ( out of the way ) restaurants listed here.
Also able to locate restaurants of any variety in any American city. Great for travelling & finding a good restaurant in a strange city.

Me likey so far, only problem is they need to update the system. We have added a Carl's Jr (couple years ago) and we have not had a Burger King in over 10 years +/- 2 years.

I tested RestaurantFinder by looking for local breakfast places. It listed a coffee house, a couple of bagel places, one restaurant that is closed and a couple of genuine breakfast places. However, it missed all the good ones including the pancake houses (and there is no separate listing for them). I did not get my money's worth (yeah, I know, it was free).

RestaurantFinder really needs updated or something. RestaurantFinder doesn't seem to work any more on my new iPhone. I have had RestaurantFinder since I got the first iPhone

RestaurantFinder would be alot better if the map would give you directions from where your at or at least let you copy the address so you could take over to the maps for directions

I don't understand why in their must-select-category list they have Brazilian but no Argentinian or Peruvian. Who the heck goes to Brazilian restaurants anyway?

No local restraints only chains. If your wondering where McDonald's is them it's a good ap, but if you want to find a local, family owned place this isn't the ap.

RestaurantFinder has not helped me at all, it doesn't list any new places, and it shows every single one that has been closed for up to two years. (at least in my area) I would not waste my time on it.

App show you the "star" rating of restaurants but does not let you see how many people reviewed it or what they said about the place. This is very important when deciding where to eat.

I downloaded RestaurantFinder and tried to search using it. I selected fast food restaurants as a test, and the result was "no results found". So I tested another category and it gave me the same result. I was sitting next to an Outback Steakhouse and it didn't even list it.
