lowa is inaccurate. Sometimes the person being tracked is talking to me and lowa detects them online. Waste of money.

After purchasing 1 year subscription, lowa totally crashed, didn’t work, I sent an email many times to solve the problem but sadly no response at all..
Also, when I contacted App Store for refund because this problem, they refused my request!!
I’m regretting my decision to purchase subscription..
