How to fix PlantID app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PlantID app on iPhone
Update PlantID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PlantID iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PlantID on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PlantID network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PlantID app issues:

Force Stop the PlantID App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PlantID app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PlantID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PlantID App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PlantID app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PlantID.

Fix PlantID unable to contact server/ PlantID internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PlantID » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PlantID » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PlantID on android.
