Follow these steps to resolve intermittent T4G22 app issues:

Force Stop the T4G22 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click T4G22 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update T4G22 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear T4G22 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "T4G22 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch T4G22.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click T4G22 » "Force Stop".

Again, got T4G22 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
