Close and restart the Oku app on iPhone
Update Oku app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Oku iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Oku on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Oku network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Oku app issues:

Force Stop the Oku App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Oku app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Oku to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Oku App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Oku app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Oku.

Fix Oku unable to contact server/ Oku internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Oku » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Oku » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Oku on android.
