Sonos 1

Unable to use product due to not being compatible. Unable to download Sonos S2 to downgrade to S1. Not user friendly at all 😒

Not a free app

Yes downloading it is free. But to be able to use it you have to pay $12.99 a month. Why can’t we just get Sonos on the iPad?!

We have Sono 1 which worked wonderfully! With Sono 2 upgrade, only 1 speaker would work. I called and got an incident report and it has NEVER been addressed or fixed.
I understand there are several brands out now, but I paid a lot of money for the bar, woofer, and all the speakers. I have only one speaker that works. I have tried all the fixes which are provided to “fix” your problem; however they don’t work!

No service

As soon as you try to use S1S2App it automatically offers you a premium subscription. If you try to use what you just downloaded nothing happens, so there is only a paid service, no real working app.

Since when did we have to pay premium $$$ for a speaker or speakers and then pay a monthly fee to boot. Taking my “S2 only” devices back. I will stick w S1, thanks.
