ive tried to connect it or use it , it tells me connected but i cant play or do anything , because it doesnt work , its telling me "loading" then it says olease check ur network ,although other vpns ive tried were great!

First and foremost they are going to charge you $20 extra a month on top of the fee that you already pay in order to get what they called boosted speed. The regular premium version that you pay for monthly or yearly is so slow that other free this app versions are far faster. Do not waste your money.

Tried to contact support and there is none. App consrtantly disconnects and won't reconnect for a long period of time. Plus it doesn't respond well to commands when trying to change locations

It does not connect to Facebook and many of my USA based apps. Except CNN on my I phone 13.
I get many messages. “ something went wrong”

I can connect to the this app after several ties (not garantee connected every time, maybe bacause I am currently in China). The speed on my Mac is just okay (a little slow), but I feel it is faster on my iPhones. It is a pretty good deal to get a up to 5 device connected to the this app for only $9.99 a month
