I can sign in on web but not in app. On the web I can’t pay bills because it says I have cross site tracking clickers but I have them all turned off. Considering the years it took to go through, I had hoped that Suntrust’s digital services would improve with the merger but they just put the ugliest purple lipstick all over the existing app and website. I had hoped their retail services would improve but instead they shut down a ton of branches, and make it harder to in person bank. Sure there would be overlap and branches would be closed but instead of closing half it seems like the closed 80%. Have been with suntrust and since 1986 so have a long history with them and used to love the customer service. I understand that advances in technology change the way we bank, but if customer service is gone and personal branches are gone, it leaves TruistCommercial . This might be an optimal time to go switch over to the monolithic red and blue who have incredible digital and still a lot of branches. Just hate doing it.

Suntrust users switched over to Truist on Monday 2/21. Five days later and STILL won’t allow me to sign into commercial app like everyone else says, even though I can sign into web site with no issues. Customer service acts surprised that this is an issue, as if.

This transition has been going on for a year or so, and this is the way the rollout goes? Time to switch banks.

Same issue apparently as many users. Can not login in on TruistCommercial , but able to through the website on a laptop. Extremely frustrating and call times to get help are at 45min! Running a business is hard enough without this added headache!

After the merge, I am having the same problem as others are having. I am able to log in through pc or laptop, but no luck through TruistCommercial . Banking elsewhere. Running a business and I am being asked to waste my time to come in to the bank for an app that doesn’t work?!

I can sign in fine through Truist website for small business. But commercial app says it doesn’t recognize my login information. Ive tried so many times, double and triple checked I’ve got it all right. Just won’t work. I really need TruistCommercial to work. Please advise.

Great app to use for viewing account activity and approving transactions. Easy to use.

Looks like I have to use the same app for my business and personal which stinks because I have to sign out of one to open the other! Please fix. I had Suntrust business app before which worked.

I’ve been logging in on their website, so far no problem. However TruistCommercial for small business just won’t work.

The transition from SunTrust to Truist has been horrible. I can no longer easily access my accounts through mobile banking. Go back to the old SunTrust apps that actually worked!!!

Unable to sign in to business account. When will this be fixed?

This is ridiculous you guys should update app way before merger even happened… lazy to say the least can’t even use app to sign in

Probably should get it right before rolling it out. Can login to website with login and pass but new app doesn’t recognize any of it.

Downloaded the new TRUIST app for my business. I can’t log in with my Username/password. Opened my computer and logged in with the same username/password and i was in. I verified i typed in the same username /password …still couldn’t get into TruistCommercial ? Very Frustrating!
