I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure it would be doable for me as a mom who doesn’t really cook. I want to get more in touch with food though so I signed up. I love every feature of ForYou-integrating audio lessons, meditations, recipes-it’s all so good! The recipes work for the whole family, they’re simple, healthy and yummy! I love how the shopping list works (there are a couple of little things that seem to be mis categorize de but other than that it’s awesome). Definitely worth the money!!

Do not download unless you are willing to pay money. Every single recipie and feature on ForYou is only for premium users. There’s like 2-3 recipes that you can see but everything else you have to pay for. Unless you want to spend money, don’t download ForYou.
