Close and restart the WhoCares app on iPhone
Update WhoCares app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WhoCares iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve WhoCares network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WhoCares app issues:

Force Stop the WhoCares App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WhoCares app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WhoCares to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WhoCares App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WhoCares app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WhoCares.

Fix WhoCares unable to contact server/ WhoCares internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WhoCares » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WhoCares » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WhoCares on android.
