I was really excited to have a local version of a guy Fieri’s restaurant, so I ordered food. I was ok with the long delivery time at an hour, but 2 and a half hours later my food still wasn’t picked up and I’m starving and just upset that I didn’t eat somewhere else. I watched the post mates driver go all around the state after picking my order up an hour and a half late and waste my time so the food arrived stone cold and absolutely destroyed. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time on this definite scam.

I was all set to order my birthday dinner using the app. It showed 3 locations that I could order from. It was not until I tried placing my order that it told me delivery was unavailable from any of the three locations. I get there is a delivery area, but tell me I’m outside of it when I enter my address, not after showing me options to order from.

I ordered my food and the restaurant called me and told me they were closed. They said to contact grub hub but I ordered through the app. They never even told the driver my order was cancelled. All you can do is provide “feedback” on the app, there’s no customer service number or email. Nothing. Very disappointed
