PDF Scanner Pro for Document Reviews

PDFScannerPro doesn’t work. Says “searching document, don’t move” while I stand there like a statue for minutes waiting for it to say it’s ready. Also it’s an absolute scam. Free trial, it says. You can cancel before the paid subscription kicks in easily in settings. NOT TRUE. And there’s no way to contact support as it says “mail not enabled”. So there’s no way to not pay $50 once you’ve activated the “free trial”. No way Apple should have let this one into PDFScannerPro Store. I’ll be contacting them now with my complaint.

Not intuitive at all. Where do I add my email so I can actually receive the document I scanned???

Total waste of time cannot get into settings to send an email. This seems like a fraud

I don’t think PDFScannerPro has any sort of support team. Or if they do, they’re seriously lacking. I sent an email regarding an issue and haven’t gotten a response in over a week. They don’t have a phone number for customer support and PDFScannerPro is generally hard to navigate

Charged me a full years subscription. Couldn’t figure out where to cancel. Finally did, cancelled the same day they took out the $64 and have yet to get any kind of refund. I’ll keep you posted if I do get any kind of refund.
